Blackstone-backed Candle Media to acquire Faraway Road Productions.

Blackstone-backed Candle Media, the next-generation media company, agreed to acquire Faraway Road Productions, a global media and entertainment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Faraway was founded to bring authentic and engaging international stories to global audiences.
