Vendasta, a developer of an end-to-end e-commerce platform, agreed to acquire MatchCraft, a developer of advertising software, from Advance Local, a media group. Financial terms were not disclosed. "MatchCraft and Vendasta have been longtime friends, and we're fortunate to have them join the Vendasta team. This partnership will bring MatchCraft's enterprise-level technology to all our channel partners, allowing them to have a superior technology stack previously only available to enterprise-level organizations.
