BNP Paribas REIM-backed Accimmo Pierre, a longstanding SCPI, completed the acquisition of Alpha Park II, a retail park, from Invesco, a provider of investment management services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition is perfectly in line with SCPI Accimmo Pierre's diversification strategy and allows us to invest in the Retail Park typology, a category of commercial assets that has been particularly resilient in the current health context.
