AIMPERA, a private investment firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Novilla RNG, a developer, owner and operator of dairy manure. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted to partner with AIMPERA to enable Novilla RNG's growth. RNG produced from dairy manure can have a meaningful impact in reducing greenhouse gas emissions due to its negative-carbon footprint.
