VBC completed the merger with Polcom Group.

Volumetric Building Companies, a multifamily volumetric modular and components business, completed the merger with Polcom Group, an international turn-key steel modular building manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is truly a game changer for our company and our sector.
