Prologis completed the acquisition of Virgo Romana Immobiliare for $86m.

Prologis, an international company active in the investment, development and management of logistic structures, completed the acquisition of Virgo Romana Immobiliare, an owner of a facility in Rome, for $86m. “We are starting the new year with a major acquisition in Rome which strengthens our presence in this important market. The demand for properties for logistics near the urban centers where we operate continues to be sustained, with a 2022 that promises to be very dynamic and in line with the trends of the Italian market in recent years," Sandro Innocenti, Prologis Senior Vice President and Country Manager.
