OEM International completed the acquisition of Demesne Electrical Sales.

OEM International, an OEM manufacturer, completed the acquisition of Demesne Electrical Sales, an electrical components manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Demesne, which has been active since 1977, enjoys a very strong position in the Irish market. Their business model fits well into OEM and through this acquisition, we will have access to new opportunities in a new and very interesting market. The ambition is to further develop and grow the existing Demesne business and to gradually strengthen the customer offering," Jörgen Zahlin, OEM International President and CEO.
