JF Lehman-backed Narda-MITEQ, a designer and manufacturer of custom radiofrequency, microwave subsystems and components, agreed to acquire Intelligent RF Solutions, a manufacturer of radiofrequency and microwave systems and subsystems. Financial terms were not disclosed.
