JF Lehman-backed Narda-MITEQ to acquire Intelligent RF Solutions.

JF Lehman-backed Narda-MITEQ, a designer and manufacturer of custom radiofrequency, microwave subsystems and components, agreed to acquire Intelligent RF Solutions, a manufacturer of radiofrequency and microwave systems and subsystems. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our partnership with iRF will further strengthen and broaden both organizations' market presence and penetration, customer relationships and technology and product development capabilities.
