Miura Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a 85% stake in Educaedu, a digital educational platform, from Great Hill Partners, a private equity firm, for $80m. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have partnered with Educaedu and its team due to its great potential in such an impactful area as training & employment, especially thinking in the Millennial and Z generation.
