Caser Residencial completed the acquisition of Residencial Alborada de Pinilla.

Caser Residencial, a firm engaged in the provision of mental and rehabilitation services, completed the acquisition of Residencial Alborada de Pinilla, a residence for the elderly in Laguna de Duero. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this acquisition, Caser Residencial reinforces its presence in Castilla y León, where it has two other facilities in the towns of San Andrés del Rabanedo, equipped with 200 beds and another 30 day rooms, and Villaralbo, integrated for 99 residential places and another 15 by day.
