Ekistics Property Advisors, an experienced real estate private equity fund advisory business, completed the acquisition of 19-20 St James’s Street, a prestigious, mixed use property in central London, for £118m ($162m). 20 St James’s Street, which consists of over 53k square feet of multi-let Grade A office accommodation and a retail unit, was fully redeveloped in 2018, retaining the period façade.
