CDP-backed Maticmind, an IT systems integrator focused on cybersecurity and ICT solutions, completed the acquisition of ITI Sistemi, a cybersecurity services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The transaction is part of a broader program, which saw the acquisition of the controlling stake in SIND SpA a few weeks ago, with the aim of strengthening our position on the Italian Cybersecurity market," Luciano Zamuner, Maticmind CEO.
