Thomas-Krenn, a manufacturer of customized server and storage systems, completed the merger with EXTRA Computer, a medium-sized IT manufacturer with products such as PCs, notebooks, servers, in a $150m deal. “The past three financial years have been the most successful in the history of both companies.
