Brookfield-backed Service Experts completed the acquisition of Go Solar Power from Skyway Capital Markets.

Brookfield-backed Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning, an air conditioning systems provider, completed the acquisition of Go Solar Power, a full-service solar power company, from Skyway Capital Markets, an investment bank. Financial terms were not disclosed. “It was great to represent a visionary entrepreneur such as Court who is truly a pioneer in the solar power industry.
