Vivendi completed the acquisition of an 8.5% stake in Progressif Media from ZeWatchers.

Vivendi, a French media conglomerate, completed the acquisition of an 8.5% stake in Progressif Media, a digital communication group, from ZeWatchers. Financial terms were not disclosed. ZeWatchers will own a 30% stake in the company while the three Progressif Media founders, Emile Duport, David Bonhomme and Thomas Ghys, will retain 60% of the company.
