RSM group, an audit, tax and consulting firm focused on the middle market in Germany, completed the acquisition of HGT, a Berlin and Halle based renowned auditing and tax consultancy firm specialized inter alia in the fields of insolvency and restructuring and international tax law. Financial terms were not disclosed. “By making the strategic acquisition of HTG, we are driving our Firm forwards by adding 110 critical thinkers with outstanding attributes.
