Validere, a data analytics SaaS platform that provides commodity data transparency to the energy industry, completed the acquisition of Phoenix Energy Consultants, a provider of Western Canadian energy producers with transportation and marketing optimization services for crude oil, natural gas, NGL, and sulfur production. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I got to know Validere as an early partner.
