Hellman & Friedman, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Curriculum Associates, an adaptive learning platform, from Permira, a global investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With a broad suite of supplemental, core basal, and formative assessment products, Curriculum Associates has become one of the most well-respected K-12 education companies in the North America," Hellman & Friedman.
