Oaktree Capital Management completed the acquisition of ITG Communications.

Oaktree Capital Management, a company specializing in alternative investments, completed the acquisition of ITG Communications, a provider of installation, fulfillment, construction and project management services to the cable, telecommunications and utility industries.
