Platinum Equity to acquire Leaders Romans Group from Bowmark Capital.

Platinum Equity, private equity firm, agreed to acquire Leaders Romans Group, a property services provider, from Bowmark Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "LRG is well positioned to capitalize on the exciting opportunities that lie ahead – both from organic growth and the continuation of our successful acquisition strategy.
