Fondo Italiano d'Investamento-backed Maticmind, an IT services and IT consulting provider, completed the acquisition of a 55% stake in SIND, a cyber security provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Let's go one step further in our development process. We are acquiring new technologies that we intend to offer to the various markets, integrating them with our solutions for a transversal use. We are starting the year with an important result and now the goal is to continue to grow, involving other Italian technological excellence in our Group's project and improving what has been done to date," Carmine Saladino, Maticmind President.
