Dorilton-backed Versa Integrity, an industrial inspection and testing company, completed the acquisition of the commercial Unmanned Aircraft Systems operations from Avion Solutions, a provider of engineering, programmatic and logistics solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to welcome the Avion Commercial employees and customers to the Versa team.
