Sheridan Capital Partners-backed SimiTree completed the merger with Infinity Behavioral Health Services.

Sheridan Capital Partners-backed SimiTree, an established provider of solutions for compliance, growth, and profitability in the post-acute industry, completed the merger with Infinity Behavioral Health Services, a behavioral health firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
