Montagu-backed Waystone to acquire KB Associates from ECI Partners.

Montagu-backed Waystone, a provider of institutional governance, risk and compliance services, agreed to acquire KB Associates, a firm that specializes in the provision of management company, from ECI Partners, a private equity group. Financial terms were not disclosed. “An ability to address complex regulatory and governance issues across multiple jurisdictions is increasingly important to our international client base.
