Eurazeo, a global investment company, completed the acquisition of Cranial Technologies, a treatment provider and manufacturer of helmets used for treating infants with various forms of plagiocephaly, brachycephaly and scaphocephaly, from BPOC, one of the longest-tenured healthcare private equity firms.
