Synopsis

Vexus Fiber, provider of fiber-based communications solutions, completed the merger with MetroNet, a 100% fiber optic network provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Vexus has a fast growth and high customer service mentality, very similar to MetroNet, and joining with them allows us to quickly expand our service area to even more Americans,” John Cinelli, MetroNet CEO.
