Verdane to acquire a majority skate in Papirfly from Standout Capital.

Verdane, a growth equity investor, agreed to acquire a majority skate in Papirfly, a developer of brand activation management software, from Standout Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With one of the most active investor in software growth companies in Northern Europe onboard, I am confident that Papirfly Group is well positioned to become a global leader within brand activation management.
