Foresite Capital, an American venture capital and growth equity firm, and Google Ventures (GV), a venture capital firm focused on new technologies, led a $40m Series B round in TenSixteen Bio, a biotechnology company focused on developing novel therapeutics for a variety of diseases. “Mark and the team are the right group of physicians and scientists to take on this pioneering work given their foundational research in the field and previous success in developing novel, data-driven therapeutics.
