AndCompany, a holding company formed by Rigeto, agreed to acquire ion2s, a digital agency. Financial terms were not disclosed. The aim is to create a network of complementary firms under this umbrella that provide high-quality software development plus digital and IT services, focusing on Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
