Nordhealth, a cloud-based practice management software provider, agreed to acquire EasyPractice, a cloud-based practice management software, for $15m. “EasyPractice is a great company with an amazing product, a talented team, and an incredibly passionate community. Our strategy is to transform Nordhealth products from sales-led and requiring manual onboarding to fully product-led and self-service.
