Stoneweg Hospitality and Bain Capital Credit to acquire Los Monteros for €47m.

Stoneweg Hospitality, a real estate investment company, and Bain Capital Credit, an investment company, agreed to acquire Los Monteros, a hotel operator, for €47m ($52m). “By utilising our combined expertise in the Spanish hospitality industry, we will be able to modernise this resort to meet the demands of guests and potential operators, while being sympathetic to its unique features that have made it a popular and much-loved holiday destination for many years," Fabio Longo, Bain Capital Credit Managing Director.
