US Acute Care Solutions completed the acquisition of Alteon Health.

US Acute Care Solutions, a provider of physician-owned emergency medicine, hospitalist, observation and critical care services, completed the acquisition of Alteon Health, a provider of outsourced healthcare practice management services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our scaled physician-partnership is unique in our industry.
