Ambienta-backed Namirial, a provider of digital trust software and services, completed the acquisition of Evicertia, a provider of digital trust services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Evicertia, our second acquisition within only three months, will provide Namirial with even stronger position in a rapidly growing market. Namirial customers have expressed strong interest in having more certified communications capabilities to support their processes also including cross-border transactions. Evicertia products and solutions will be integrated into Namirial product portfolio including eSignAnyWhere, Namirial’s flagship digital transaction management platform, as well as continued to be distributed standalone," Massimiliano Pellegrini, Namirial CEO.
