Avery Dennison, a materials science and manufacturing company, completed the acquisition of TexTrace, a technology developer that specializes in custom-made woven and knitted RFID products, from Jakob Müller, a manufacturer of machinery for textile industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is an exciting acquisition for Avery Dennison, expanding our digital ID portfolio to offer integrated RFID solutions for the apparel industry.
