Instalco completed the acquisition of Kyron Sahko.

Instalco, an installation company, completed the acquisition of Kyron Sahko, a full-service company in the electricity sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Kyrön Sähkö is a well-run, profitable company with a very interesting industrial niche which complements our offering in Finland well. The acquisition is in line with our strategy of growing the business in the Other Nordic business area," Sami Vanhamäki, Instalco Finland Business Area Manager.
