Zeon, a provider of specialty elastomers, polymers, and specialty chemicals, agreed to acquire Aurora Microplates, a manufacturer and supplier of high-performance microplates. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very excited to enter the high-value high-performance microplate market.
