MCI Capital to acquire a 55% stake in eSky.pl from Syntaxis Capital for $35m.

MCI Capital, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a 55% stake in eSky.pl, an operator an technology oreinted online travel agency, from Syntaxis Capital, an investment manager, for $35m. "Our mutual relations with MCI Capital Group date back to 2012. We have closely watched the effects of the Fund’s activities in the e-commerce & IT sector in which it specializes, and we saw that they can dynamically build the value of their investments by appropriate support for the management boards of their subsidiaries," Łukasz Kręski, eSky Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
