Union Investment, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of Barcelona 1882, a hotel in Barcelona, Spain, from Partners Group, a global private markets investment manager, for $85m. “Barcelona has always been one of Europe’s most attractive hotel markets with high barriers to entry for investors.
