Nestlé Health Science to acquire PronoKal from Abac Capital.

Nestlé Health Science, a nutritional science firm, agreed to acquire PronoKal, a provider of weight loss and weight management services, from Abac Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Figuring out a healthy way to lose weight and to stick to the program can be daunting. With medical supervision, healthy ketogenic meals and always-on support through the app, PronoKal is designed to take the confusion and stress out of weight loss, supporting people through their weight management journey. The acquisition of PronoKal adds a new dimension to our weight management portfolio and will enable us to help more people lead healthier lives," Greg Behar, Nestlé Health Science CEO.
