Fourth Wave Energy, a provider of renewable energy project development services, completed the acquisition of EdgeMode, a cryptocurrency mining firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With the fast pace and demand for the industry, I anticipate moving toward a full uplisting to NASDAQ or equivalent exchange within the year. We will move forward with that goal in mind," Joseph Isaacs, Fourth Wave Energy CEO.
