Greenbriar to acquire The Facilities Group from Ironwood Capital.

Greenbriar, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire The Facilities Group, a provider of integrated facilities maintenance solutions, from Ironwood Capital, a private equity firm in Avon, Connecticut. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The Facilities Group has established itself as a leading provider of facility maintenance and janitorial services in the United States, a sector we see benefitting from organic growth and consolidation tailwinds over the coming years.
