Vandaglas completed the acquisition of Dual Seal Glass.

Vandaglas, a producer and distributor of glass, completed the acquisition of Dual Seal Glass, a processors of glass panels. Financial terms were not disclosed. “It was obvious from the start of the negotiations that vandaglas was the perfect fit to take Dual Seal to the next level and help it grow and thrive in the coming years.
