SITE Centers, a publicly traded real estate investment trust, completed the acquisition of an 80% stake in six assets of Madison International, a real estate investment firm, for $107m. Five of the six properties are anchored by Publix, are located in key Florida sub-markets where the company has an existing presence including Miami and Tampa, and offer upside from a mix of leasing and tactical redevelopment opportunities.
