VIG Partners completed the acquisition of the Warsaw portfolio from Patrizia.

VIG Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of the Warsaw portfolio from Patrizia, an investment manager. Financial terms were not disclosed. The portfolio comprises Norway House at ul. Lwowska 19, CH25 at ul. Chmielna 25 and N21 at ul. Nowogrodzka 21, all of which are located in Warsaw city centre. "We have achieved strong leasing activity at these assets despite the headwinds created by the pandemic, improving the income profile of the properties and demonstrating the resilience of high-quality, core offices in desirable city centre locations. Following the success of these asset management initiatives, this disposal to a highly regarded institutional counter-party allows us to crystallise our investment and deliver strong returns to our clients," Jacek Brzozowski, Patrizia Head of Asset Management Poland.
