Jefferson Capital completed the acquisition of Resolvecall.

Jefferson Capital, a purchaser and solutions provider in the consumer finance industry, completed the acquisition of Resolvecall, a credit management business. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited for this international growth opportunity, as Resolvecall and the technology platform on which it is based will allow us to further expand our niche servicing solutions for our UK clients while enhancing recoveries on our UK portfolios," David Burton, Jefferson Capital CEO.
