Republic Services completed the acquisition of US Ecology for $2.2bn.

Republic Services, an American waste disposal company, completed the acquisition of US Ecology, a provider of environmental solutions offering treatment, recycling and disposal of hazardous, non-hazardous and specialty waste, for $2.2bn.
