Gilde Healthcare-backed Acti-Med to acquire EUROPIN.

Gilde Healthcare-backed Acti-Med, a medical technology manufacturer, agreed to acquire EUROPIN, a manufacturer of medical needles. Financial terms are not disclosed. “We are very proud of the development of EUROPIN which we have achieved with our team over the last years.
