Weifu High Technology Group completed the acquisition of vacuum and hydraulic pump business from Robert Bosch.

Weifu High Technology Group, a prestige domestic automotive component manufacturer, completed the acquisition of vacuum and hydraulic pump business from Robert Bosch, a German multinational engineering and technology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction comprises Vacuum and Hydraulic Product Italy and its Chinese subsidiary VHIT Automotive Systems Wuxi as well as certain production facilities currently operated in Brazil.
