NB Renaissance and Bain Capital-backed Engineering - Ingegneria Informatica, a provider of information-technology services, completed the acquisition of a 43.2% stake in Be Shaping the Future, a business consulting firm, from Tamburi Investment Partners, a private equity firm, for $527m.
